Sailing – one of the most group-strengthening activities imaginable. Participants get to actively participate on board; set the course, make route choices and take care of everything on board. Of course, based on their own interests and conditions. Responsible skipper from Out is responsible for safety and guidance. The spacious 50-foot sailboats (Jeanneau/Beneteau) are compatible and have the same sailing characteristics, so that participants have the chance to cooperate and distribute roles on board, in an easy-going manner! No previous sailing experience is required! Make sailing an easy-going activity together to create new energy in the group. Or use sailing as a tool to deepen cooperation in the group; Sailing is an excellent way to practice cooperation and communication while the group has the opportunity to share a common experience! For the competition-oriented group, a “match race”, the cat and mouse game of sailing, can be the ultimate group activity to motivate team spirit and results-oriented thinking!

 

Each boat can accommodate up to 12 participants. Together with our trusted partners, we arrange sailing events for up to 300 participants!
