Beautiful and well-preserved M/S Enköping (built 1868) is not only Strömma Kanalbolaget's oldest ship but also the world's oldest passenger ship still in service according to Lloyd's Register. She is suitable for all kinds of events such as parties, weddings, transport or mingling on Lake Mälaren or in the Stockholm archipelago. The ship is perfect as a party venue for groups of between 25-110 people.

 

On board there are two pleasant dining rooms; the main dining room on the upper deck which is stylishly decorated with period furniture, colours and fabrics and the smaller lounge on the main deck which has a slightly simpler interior. The lower lounge is also suitable as a mingling area, setting up a buffet or a small dance floor. Half a flight of stairs up there is an outdoor deck with a roof which is a pleasant place for drinks and mingling.

 

Food & drinks on board the boat

The chefs on M/S Enköping are Johan Henriksson and Joakim Lindblom . All food served on board is prepared from scratch in the kitchen on board the boat. The chefs have a great passion for food made from good ingredients and are inspired by both classic and Asian cuisine.

 

M/S Enköping is also available for rent for a traditional and atmospheric Christmas dinner at sea.
